Check your venue first
Look at your club's current entry, locker and towel instructions before packing. The PureGym introduction lists its own entry credentials and a padlock. The Gym Group locker policy uses shared lockers that members empty after each visit. These are operator examples, not rules for every gym or functions of Fitonomy. Ask your venue when something is unclear.
Pack for the session you chose
Start with comfortable activity suitable clothes, secure footwear and water. If you arrive dressed, you may need fewer items. Use the clothing preparation guide to check what you already own. Include your venue's entry method and a suitable lock only when required. A new bag, outfit or supplement is not a condition for going.
Decide about changing and showering
Will you return home straight away or change before work? Add clean clothes and your usual washing items only for the visit you plan. Check towel provision: the Gym Group towel policy says its membership does not include a towel service. Your venue may differ. Keep used clothing apart from clean items as practical organization, without a hygiene guarantee.
Prepare a bag that will travel
Put the selected items together where you get ready or where you will collect the bag before leaving. Keep straps and shoes out of walkways. An evening packing check is one possible preparation step, not proof that attendance will become a habit. If the location is undecided, first choose your home or gym plan.
Review after the visit
Note one missing or unnecessary item and adjust the next packing list. Empty the locker according to venue rules. Prepared equipment does not oblige you to train when unwell or override personal restrictions. The first gym session guide covers the workout itself. If your bag includes a reusable bottle, check its model care and clean the permitted parts before packing it again.
When the bag includes your own towel, plan washing it after use before putting it back with the next visit’s clean items.
Before returning fabric shoes to the bag, clean permitted parts and let them dry completely according to the actual model.
