Fitonomy Mobility
Move like
an athlete
Ten positions, six minutes. We measure where your body actually is — with the phone's motion sensors, not a questionnaire — then build the daily programme that gets it moving again.

Measured, not guessed
The phone is the instrument
For most of the ten positions you rest the phone against a limb and it reads the angle off the accelerometer and gyroscope. Those readings are processed on the device, in the moment, and never leave it — only the number the position ended at is saved.
The full test unlocks every 30 days. Range of motion moves slowly, and testing weekly measures noise rather than progress.
A session that rewrites itself
Your programme is built from your lowest-scoring zones and fitted to the time you have. Say a movement was too hard, too easy, or that an area felt tight, and tomorrow's session changes.

Today
One session, sized to the minutes you have rather than to a fixed number of moves.

The brief
Every movement, why it was chosen, and how long you will hold it — before you start.

Progress
Where each joint started, where it is now, and nothing invented in between.
What makes it different
A real measurement, not a quiz
The phone's accelerometer and gyroscope do the work, in the moment, on the device. The readings never leave it — only the resulting angle is saved.
Retest on a sensible clock
The full test unlocks every 30 days. Range of motion moves slowly, and testing weekly measures noise rather than progress.
Nothing invented
No fabricated gains after a session, no percentile you were never compared against, and an unmeasured zone reads "not yet measured" rather than zero.
Works away from a signal
Every clip is downloaded once and kept, so a session runs in a basement gym or on a plane.
14 days free, then weekly or yearly
The exact price is shown in the app in your own currency before you buy anything — read from the store at that moment, so it is always the price you will actually be charged. Billing, renewal and cancellation are handled by Apple or Google.
A Fitonomy subscription does not include Mobility, and a Mobility subscription does not include Fitonomy. They are separate apps.
Before you start
Fitonomy Mobility is a fitness product, not a medical one. It does not diagnose or treat anything, and its measurements are estimates from a phone rather than clinical readings. Take every position to about six out of ten, and stop if anything hurts. Read the full disclaimer.
